In particular, I look at how we can bring the best people from across the ecosystem together – including, critically, suppliers – to solve our clients’ problems and help them build a better working world. When we are all aligned and focussed, we can help organisations unlock hidden value to remove costs, improve efficiency and enhance the experience for both customers and employees.
