How Rhea is building a better working world
“I am helping to build a better working world through my passion and commitment for technological transformation.
Whilst embracing technological disruption and adapting our working ways, I have been able to lead the transformation of our operational practices to help deliver an improved and dynamic bespoke client experience, and in turn, improving our own staff experience.
I have also been actively involved in leading our school leaver and graduate recruitment programmes for many years. In line with EY values on Diversity and Inclusion, I have been thrilled to recruit, mentor and develop a diverse range of individuals from different backgrounds and experiences providing equitable opportunities and helping to create a sense of belonging for all.”
