Paul serves as the EY UK&I Private Equity Mid-Market Leader. While he often manages commercial diligence he also is responsible for bringing the full breadth of EY's service offerings and capabilities to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Previously, Paul was the head of the Parthenon UK business which was acquired by EY in 2014. Prior to this, he bought and sold a retail pharmacy in Ireland having quadrupled its sales.
Paul has always been enthusiastic in supporting fast growth businesses and entrepreneurs. He is a passionate advocate of The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year programme.
He has a BSc in Pharmacy from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA with distinction from London Business School.
