As EY Americas Deputy Vice Chair – Assurance, Natalie works with leaders across the US, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, and Israel to drive transformation of our Audit business with a focus on quality, talent and market leadership. She also works to deepen our capabilities as trusted advisors to C-suite leaders and boards through the delivery of Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Climate Change and Sustainability Services, Forensic & Integrity Services and Technology Risk Services.
Previously, Natalie was the Audit Leader for the Americas Financial Services Organization (FSO), with responsibility for strategy, quality, talent and performance. She also served as co-leader for the Wealth and Asset Management sector within FSO, drawing on over 20 years of experience working with financial services companies including public and private asset managers.
Natalie graduated from Manhattan College, earning a BS in Accounting.

Natalie is committed to the safety and protection of children, as well as unlocking opportunities for young people from underrepresented communities by supporting education and creating awareness of career paths in finance and accounting and beyond. She serves on the boards of the Future Leaders Institute Charter School in Harlem, New York; Help For Children (Hedge Funds Care); and the Managed Funds Association.
