How Lee is building a better working world
My leadership style builds trust with my team to foster an inclusive, safe environment where people feel like they belong.
I champion my people and challenge my team to be their best. For example, I actively support the ‘Women in Science’ programme and I focus on supporting women in AI to help address the gender imbalance.
I also help to create a welcoming and inclusive environment which people want to be part of. To achieve this, I am an active participant of the Leading Executives Advancing Diversity (LEAD) network, where I connect with other advocates, listen and learn and educate myself on how to practically enhance workplace equity in the teams I lead.
I am a guide and mentor to the talented individuals I lead, and I actively coach my team to develop creativity and imagination, to deliver innovative solutions to clients, and achieve their own personal goals.
