Dedicated company side adviser focussed on leading and supporting companies and their boards through financial restructuring or significant changes. Iestyn has over 20 years’ experience. He previously worked across the EY business risk and restructuring teams from 2004 to 2013, where he focussed on administration and bank advisory work including a secondment to a banking client.

Prior to rejoining Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy team at EY-Parthenon in 2022, Iestyn worked for two restructuring boutiques, working alongside management teams going through financial restructuring or significant challenges. His focus was on financial restructuring, performance improvement and corporate transformation projects.

Iestyn is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), has passed his joint insolvency exams and has a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Exeter.
