How Harj is building a better working world

“I am dedicated to advancing the vision of creating a more efficient and secure business environment. I am particularly interested in helping clients build a better working world for frontline workers.

As such, I am very proud of the ground-breaking work I have undertaken alongside Network Rail teams to enhance safety standards and ensure all frontline workers can return home safely every day.

By connecting Network Rail’s maintenance data in a single digital platform, our teams enhanced the efficiency and safety performance of their operations, and crucially helped to minimise operational risks for track worker, reducing fatalities and injuries on the railway.”
