Greg is the EY Global Power & Utilities Customer Experience Transformation Leader. He works with energy retailers as they navigate the changing energy industry, helping to build innovative strategies that seize the opportunities of transformation.
With 30 years of experience in energy, Greg brings diverse capabilities, including retail strategy, sales and marketing, technology, analytics and organizational change. He’s helped energy retailers develop new products and services for residential and commercial customers to retain and grow profitable market share. Based in the US, Greg has also worked across the UK, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
Greg is recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Consultants for Excellence in Energy and has several US patents in energy efficiency and demand management analytics. He is on the faculty at the Energy Executive Course, which is sponsored by the University of Idaho.
Greg has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
