Bridget is a globally recognised senior board advisor, with over 25 years of experience building and leading businesses across the globe.

As the EY EMEIA Area Managing Partner, Bridget leads the EY EMEIA business, which spans more than 90 countries and comprises a hugely diverse and dynamic set of markets in the global EY network. Prior to this, she served as the EY Global Head of Private Equity and as EMEIA Managing Partner for Tax, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and innovation for clients.

Bridget is a highly sought-out chair and speaker at leading international conferences, including the Milken Institute Global Conference and SuperReturn International, and is a strong advocate for international business and cross-border collaboration. She serves on the board of BritishAmerican Business and chairs The Ireland Funds Great Britain, a prestigious philanthropic network.
