Robin is a Partner in our People Advisory Services (PAS) team. In his role as Technology and Innovation Centre of Excellence Leader, he drives EY’s Innovation and Technology strategy across the EMEIA region. Robin joined EY in 2019 and provides us with an insight into his role and how joining EY during the pandemic has influenced his view on the importance of flexibility and diversity in teams.
Robin and his team focus on the technology enablement of the business, building new innovative products, and taking them to market. A culture of trust, freedom and flexibility underpins his leadership approach, and EY’s culture of belonging. As a father of two young children, he leads by example and advocates for a healthy work life balance, juggling family life with work commitments.
