Joining the EY-Parthenon team has allowed me to work alongside exceptional people, and to deep dive into the world of commercial diligences and corporate strategy across a plethora of sectors. Additionally, I have thoroughly enjoyed becoming involved with our sector communities and our EYP Home initiative to increase belonging within our team.

In my 2 years with EY-P Strategy, I've enjoyed a diverse range of opportunities. From commercial due diligences in TMT to exciting business developments, it's been an interesting journey. I've even had a secondment to the TRS team. Since last year, I've been working on AI initiatives like the AI Value Accelerator, identifying AI-driven growth opportunities for our clients. The variety of experiences here has been truly rewarding.

Programme overview

Interns and graduates in the Corporate and Growth Strategy team will work on a mixture of commercial corporate due diligence and strategy projects with private equity (PE) and corporate clients across a number of sectors:

  • Education
  • Industrials & Energy
  • Financial Services
  • Health Sciences & Wellness
  • Retail & Consumer Goods
  • Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT)

These projects help our clients answer their most complex strategic questions by providing in-depth market, competitor, customer, and investment insights.

The Corporate and Growth Strategy team advise clients on a vast range of issues, such as core value proposition, competitive positioning, and growth strategy. Our employees enjoy unparalleled contact with influential and highly experienced professionals within the firm, as well as with senior management at clients’ organisations across a multitude of sectors.

A due diligence project is typically 3-6 weeks long, whilst corporate strategy projects can be several months in length.
