Arthouse Holding Limited & Arthouse Limited (Both in Administration) (together 'the Companies')

On 20 December 2022 the Companies entered administration and S J Woodward and T G Vance were appointed to act as Joint Administrators.  The appointment was made by the Companies’ Directors under the provisions of Paragraph 22(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

 

Shortly following their appointment, the Administrators completed a sale of the business and certain assets of the Companies to Esselle Retail Limited and the business is continuing to trade under new ownership. Queries in relation to ongoing trade should be directed to your usual contact within the Arthouse business.

Ernst & Young LLP and/or the Companies may act as a data processor on the instructions of the Joint Administrators.
