Melissa is a senior director in Ernst & Young LLP’s Working Capital practice. She builds teams focused on liberating cash flow from operations through design and implementation of improvements to policies and processes that drive working capital. Melissa has experience leading cash leadership office development, operational cost takeout programs, strategic transformation programs, cash drives and total working capital assessments (AR, AP, inventory).
She has worked with several multinational clients with a focus on industrials, technology and energy, with project delivery experience in over 30 countries.
Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Melissa started her career in the oil and gas industry, with roles in downstream supply chain, process improvement, logistics, retail and construction.
She holds a BSE in Industrial/Operations Engineering, with a minor in International Studies from the University of Michigan.
