Olivia is a Partner in EY Australia’s Consulting practice. She has over 20 years experience providing technology consulting services to a range of organisations primarily in the banking industry. Her experience includes working with clients on digital innovation programs and she has been responsible for the successful execution and delivery of a broad range of initiatives related to ServiceNow governance risk and control & employee workflow transformation, customer digital transformation and analytics programs.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
