Kim is a technology and high performance specialist working across a range of accounts including Defence and Sport. In 2016, she won a gold medal in rowing at the Rio Olympics, and has a has worked as a commercial and Intellectual Property lawyer. She also has experience as a consultant leading complex IT transformation projects.

She helps organisations understand and capitalise on disruption through design thinking and innovation methodologies, bringing people together to collaborate on complex challenges.
