Thought leader of diversity, equity and inclusiveness in Asia-Pacific. Passionate about enable success for all through a strong sense of belonging.

Holly is leading the EY Asia-Pacific Diversity, Equity and Inclusive strategies team. She has an experience of leading diversiy, equity and inclusiveness throughout her career while living and working in Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Asia.

Through Holly’s leadership she drives innovative programs across a multitude of diversity, equity and inclusiveness dimensions. She overses the impact and progress of diversity, equity and inclusiveness across Asia-Pacific. Holly is focused on supporting leaders to foster an inclusive environment, where people can better leverage their diverse skills, experiences and cultural backgrounds.

Holly earned a BSc in Business Studies at Loughborough University in the UK. She is a certified executive coach and has completed post graduate studies in Organisation Phychology at the University of Cambridge as well as completing a course in the Science of Wellbeing at Yale University. Most recently Holly was awarded the EY Master’s of Sustainability by Hult Business School, and joined the first EY cohort to receive this qualification.

Holly is accelerating EY’s collective efforts across Asia-Pacific to promote DE&I throughout the workforce. Through leading the developing DE&I strategy, building inclusive leaders, designing equitable processes and systems and fostering a sense of belonging for all. She works to create the right environment through inclusivness to optimize innovation, improve engagement and continue to build a culture of inclusion. Holly believes that DE&I is a key ingredient of long-term value creation and sustainable business practices.
