Gary is the Technology Transformation partner for our Government practice. He has held executive leadership roles in New Zealand Government agencies, financial and international organisations with experiences including governance of one the country’s largest digital business transformation programmes.
He has also provided policy, project and business case leadership and advice for some of New Zealand’s largest government programmes and reforms.
Gary has held programme governance roles, managed complex stakeholders and delivery partners, enabled legislation and first order policy change, and successfully delivered citizen centric, solutions-led approaches.
