How Declan is building a better working world
I develop long-term, trusted relationships with my clients to help them solve their most challenging problems.
I have assisted government clients with delivering their energy transition plans, as well as infrastructure heavy clients in building practical, implementable net zero plans. I have also helped clients understand climate risk and its impacts on the resilience of their infrastructure portfolios. I have contributed to enabling some of the largest and most innovative infrastructure programs in the US.
