David Larocca

David is the CEO and Regional Managing Partner of EY in Oceania. He is also a member of EY Asia-Pacific Operating Executive, EY Global Practice Group and the Champions of Change coalition.

David leads a purposeful and inclusive organization of over 600 partners and 9,000 people across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea, providing assurance, tax, transaction, strategic, technology and business consulting services.

Prior to becoming CEO, David was the Managing Partner for the 900-strong EY Oceania Strategy and Transactions service line, a role he held for five years. Prior to this, he led the EY Oceania Infrastructure Advisory team, having joined EY in 2003 as one of the founding members of what is now a 200-strong market-leading team.

With more than 25 years of experience as a lead advisor in the infrastructure sector, David has advised public and private clients on infrastructure transactions in Australia, Asia and Europe, and has held roles across banking, project finance and corporate development in Australia, Europe and North America.
