Founder of Ethique
Brianne West is a New Zealand entrepreneur and the founder and former CEO of Ethique, a regenerative beauty brand that she sold a majority stake in 2020. She has recently started her latest venture, Incrediballs, which aims to revolutionize the drinks industry. Brianne is passionate about protecting and restoring the environment and believes that businesses should benefit everyone involved, from suppliers to team members, not just shareholders.
Bianne is also an animal-obsessed, science-loving scuba diver and a WWF board member, dedicating much of her time to helping other impact-driven entrepreneurs.
Brianne has been recognized with numerous accolades, including being named a 'Top 100 Global Thinker' by Foreign Policy magazine in 2016, the 2019 NZ EY 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year,' and One Young World's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020. She was also inducted into the Women Entrepreneur's Hall of Fame in 2023. Brianne believes in creating businesses that solve social or environmental problems and has created a free education hub called "Business, but Better" to support aspiring entrepreneurs.
