Building a better working world

When I was young, we moved house on several occasions due to my parents being transferred for work. After constantly adapting to these new environments, I became accustomed to being different from those around me. That experience taught me the importance of engaging others with a smile and seeing things in a multifaceted fashion. I firmly believe that seeing things differently from others allows us to find a path free from paradoxes. This outlook is similar to Shibusawa Eiichi’s theory of the union of morality and economy, which I learned about when studying for my MBA.

I am building a better working world by helping Japanese companies to maintain these strengths while also incorporating beneficial elements from overseas.
