Toshiharu Matsuura serves as President of EY Japan Co., Ltd. which provides Core Business Services (CBS) for all EY-member firms in Japan.
He joined EY in 2023 as the Head of Executive Management for the Japan Region, and also serves currently as the PMO lead for the mid-term management plan in the region.
His earlier career experience includes audit and assurance services at another Big 4 firm, where he also held executive appointments in the group management team. In 2012, he was seconded to the firm’s Global CEO office for three years.
Toshiharu is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Keio University Faculty of Business and Commerce.
