Randolph Capocasale is a senior manager within EY-Parthenon’s Consumer Products & Retail practice in Japan. He advises both global and Japanese C-suite clients in the consumer products industry, often serving as the cross-border link on complex global engagements.

Prior to joining EY, he was the chief commercial officer at the Japan subsidiary of a global technology firm in the cryptocurrency sector. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant and served in combat as a US Army captain. He is now also a guest lecturer and panel moderator in the field of strategy and technology.

Randolph holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Duke University, NC. He has professional fluency in Japanese.
