As a partner of the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), Masanori Migita has led cross-border filing services that support overseas listings and F-4 filings. As the Japan Region's Consumer Products and Retail Sector Leader, he is responsible for the marketing of all four of its service lines.
He joined an EY Japan in 1998, initially working in audit operations. His career includes a four year period based at the EY London office, then returning to Tokyo in 2009 where he was appointed to his current position.
He is a graduate of Keio University with a BA in Business and Commerce. Holder of an MBA, he is a Japan-qualified CPA.
Building a better working world
To date, I have contributed to business development for many clients, including Japanese corporations, by providing financial accounting consulting such as IOP, M&S, IFRS voluntary implementation and US SEC filing. Moving forward, I intend to support the growth of a large number of Japanese Unicorns (unlisted companies with aggregate market value of over 100 billion yen), so they can become leading companies on the global stage. This will help develop the Japanese economy and contribute to building a better working world.
