Hiroyuki is the leader of the TMT area within EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. (EYSC)’s Intelligence Unit, a specialist organization for research.

Hiroyuki’s first job out of college was for major electronics manufacturer. He then worked for a major global consulting firm, where he was involved in research on the TMT fields. In 2019, he became the Japanese research lead at his firm before assuming his leading role in TMT in EYSC’s Intelligence Unit.

Building a better working world

As a TMT researcher, I would like to promote and assist in initiatives that can address societal issues and needs through research and analysis based on scientific evidence. I believe this area has a huge impact on the way people live, and I'm looking to analyze its impact and find ways to improve it. I also want to contribute to building a better working world by widely promoting research and collaboration with related parties through Thought Leadership.
