With over 25 years of business consulting experience, Erica leads the People Experience Practice at EY Japan. In her practice, it is a team of problem-solvers focused on delivering real change for organizations. In the EY People Experience approach, her team emphasizes a human-centric (or “humans@center”) approach and the adoption of a strong corporate culture to help clients transform their business.

Prior to joining EY, Erica was an executive in a technology firm. Technology is the key enabler for successful business transformation, underpinned by a strong people adoption and culture.

Before living in Japan, Erica was educated in the US and UK. Her professional experience spans multiple regions including North America, Europe, and Greater China. She holds a diploma in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School,  complemented by a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Building a better working world

I love being a consultant, helping clients resolve their business challenges. Understanding our clients’ challenges and finding solutions for them keeps me energized. I am also a strong advocate for working female parents, especially in Asia, and I believe they should be able to pursue successful careers while taking care of their families.
