How Emiko is building a better working world

I want women across the world to be able to be to reach their full potential in society. That is why I am leading D&I activities within the EY and vigorously supporting women's activities through networking with outside parties.

In 2017, I was nominated for a leadership award sponsored by NPO J-Win and became a finalist.

I also took the stage at the Global Summit of Women and sent an inspirational message to women entrepreneurs worldwide on accelerating entrepreneurship. I am committed to expanding the women's network.
