Building a better working world
As an advocate for diversity and inclusion (D&I), I seek to provide people from all sorts of backgrounds with opportunities to grow and develop. My advocacy for D&I plays out with my clients and the transactions I am involved in, as I am incredibly passionate about supporting companies from around the world to be successful with their investments into Japan and with my Japanese clients that invest overseas.
As a member of the EY Women Athletes Business Network team, I support the advancement of women by being a mentor to women athletes to help them advance their careers following success in their sporting life.
