EY Law Japan promotes Kohei Nakajima to partner

We are proud to announce that Kohei Nakajima has been promoted to partner at EY Law Co. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Managing Partner Junzaburo Kiuchi) as of 1 July 2023. A Japanese bengoshi, Mr. Nakajima has extensive experience in cross-border and domestic corporate and M&A transactions.

Mr. Nakajima has gained a wealth of experience at EY Law having advised clients in a variety of key sectors including energy & renewables, advanced manufacturing, consumer products, and trading companies.

With his background of previously working for the Japan Fair Trade Commission, Mr. Nakajima also provides expert antirust and competition related advice. 

Mr. Nakajima became a registered attorney in 2007, after receiving his LLB from Osaka University in 2006. He first joined EY Law Japan in 2018 as a Manager.

Mr. Nakajima is registered under the Daichi Tokyo Bar Association.
