In Japan, companies are increasingly facing difficulties in staffing their finance, accounting, and tax departments due to a scarcity of qualified personnel and evolving regulatory and tax requirements. To address these challenges, many are turning to alternative solutions such as freelance professionals and outsourcing. The freelance economy in Japan has been expanding, with a threefold increase in freelance specialists over four years, providing a new pool of talent for companies to draw upon to fill their staffing needs. Despite the increase in freelancers, however, the Japanese labor force overall continues to shrink, leading many companies to turn to various outsourcing solutions, including business process outsourcing (BPO), managed services, and co-sourcing.
This webcast will explore four staffing solutions for companies in Japan: interim professionals, tax compliance outsourcing, finance and accounting outsourcing, and payroll outsourcing, with different experts discussing each area.
We plan to cover the following:
- Japanese Labor Market Challenges
- Solutions: Buy vs. Build
- Interim Professionals
- Tax and Finance Operate
- Accounting Compliance and Reporting
- Payroll Operate
The webcast will be held in English. We aim to leave time for a Q&A discussion at the end of the seminar.
We look forward to your attendance.
