Rajnish is an Partner with EY in the Tax and Economic Policy Group.
Over the past 29 years, Rajnish has gained wide experience in a diverse range of public policy issues including developing and evaluating options relating to policy reforms and advocating positions with governments and regulators. He has acted as an advisor on policy issues across diverse industries like energy, natural resources, telecom, IT, automobiles and education.
He has also led teams that have released pioneering thought leadership on topics such as ‘Carbon Tax Design for India’ and ‘Blockchains and Competition Law.’
Prior to joining EY, he was the country manager for a leading natural resources company. In this role, he was responsible for managing relationships with the government of India, state governments and regulators. He is an MBA from IIM Bangalore and an engineer from IIT Delhi.
