How Giselle is building a better working world
In my position as a partner at EY, I see myself as a medium for a larger goal to create a better working world for our teams and our clients. My role is not just about leadership; it is about stewardship — guiding our clients and teams toward a future that is both sustainable and purposeful.
I believe in creating an environment where every voice has the potential to spark change and building a culture where innovation is celebrated. I hope to cultivate a culture in which team members feel fully supported as they strive to reach their goals.
