How Bharat is building a better working world
In a recent packaging industry case, we turned around a loss-making company into a 10%+ EBITDA business and significantly improved operating cash flow. We did this while providing EBITDA-linked incentives to all employees, thereby increasing their salaries, which had been stagnant for four years. We further led the sale of that business to a stronger group, saving 7,000 direct jobs alone.
In another situation where shareholders were considering closing a business, we advised on a transformation plan that included improved focus on fewer solutions, mapping required competencies, and a new organizational design. Shareholders have adopted the plan, avoiding closure and job losses.
