Amitabh Jhingan is a Partner in the EY-Parthenon Education Strategy Practice and is the Global Education Sector Leader at EY. With over 25 years of experience in strategy, transaction advisory, and consulting, Amitabh has spent more than 15 years in the education sector. His portfolio includes operational roles in K12 and higher education with leading education providers.
He has spearheaded over 200 projects focusing on strategy, commercial diligence, market and growth assessment, and performance improvement within the education sector across India, Southeast Asia, China, Australia, the MENA region, Africa, the UK and the US. Amitabh has been instrumental in shaping government education programs, edtech sector growth, and large-scale investments, serving clients ranging from investors and governments to educational institutions.
A regular speaker and contributor to thought leadership in education, Amitabh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Osmania University.
