Veronica focuses on providing consulting services to listed, multinational, Government and large private companies, and is responsible for driving the growth of EY Ireland’s Managed Services practice. In her role, Veronica helps organisations design and deliver transformation strategies to move to a Managed Service model. Veronica has deep experience delivering both transformation and Managed Services programmes locally and globally.
Before joining EY, Veronica was a Management Team member and Director of Sales and Marketing for a multinational Information Technology company, where she held lead roles on large-scale transformation and managed services projects in the Utilities, Government, Public Sector, Retail, Utilities, Financial Services and Construction sectors. Veronica was also directly responsible for the transformation and delivery of a complex multi-million euro Global Managed Service using Global Distributed Delivery Centres.
Veronica has a BSc Hons in Computer Applications from Dublin City University and holds a First Class Honors MBA with a focus on Negotiation for Business Value and Sustainability from Trinity College Dublin. She recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Commercialisation from University College Galway and is a past President of the Institute of Management Consultants and Business Advisors. Veronica also serves as an Adjunct Teaching fellow on the Executive MBA programme where she helps students apply the knowledge gained on the MBA to real life client challenges as part of their capstone thesis project.
