Her Team supports banking, insurance and wealth & asset management clients identify new sources of growth and transform their cost bases through strategy development, business and operating model design, customer experience and process transformation.
Siofra has over a decade of management consulting experience, specialising in strategy development, cost reduction and operating model design for Financial Services clients.
Following four years consulting in Australia, she returned to Ireland and joined EY in 2020 to lead the Business Design team in Financial Services Consulting.
Siofra holds a double first class honours in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin, a diploma from INSEAD in Executive Leadership & Communication and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP (Project Management Professional) certified.
