Sarah is an experienced PMO Leader and with a track record in delivering complex strategic, transformational and change programmes across health care and public sector organisations.
Having worked on-site in hospitals, Sarah has led numerous projects in the healthcare sector, from the procurement and implementation of IT systems to leading business change programs across multiple organisations.
Sarah has a B.Sc. in Management from Trinity College Dublin and a first-class honors master’s degree in Strategic Management from Dublin Institute of Technology.
