A senior audit partner within the Assurance practice, Pat is Co-Chair of the EY Ireland Centre for Board Matters which generates our thought leadership content for boards looking to improve their impact, regardless of scale. With more than 20 years of experience, he engages in audits of Irish companies listed on US exchanges (NASDAQ and New York), as well as subsidiaries of major multinational groups. His client portfolio includes many significant domestic and international technology organisations.

His areas of expertise include US GAAP/SEC regulations, transaction support for NASDAQ registrations, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance and technology company audits, particularly software revenue recognition.

Pat holds an honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and is currently a member of its Auditing Standards Committee. He was also former Chairman of the Leinster Society of Chartered Accountants.
