As Head of AI Engineering at EY Ireland, Hesham heads the artificial intelligence initiatives at the firm. His work involves redefining the future of Energy and Life Sciences market sectors with applied AI technologies.
Leading a team of top professionals in cognitive content, media and internet of things (IoT), Hesham helps position EY as a market leader in digital transformation.
Prior to joining EY, he worked with a Japanese multinational information technology equipment and services company where he led projects to deliver IoT platforms powered by machine learning.
Hesham has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Limerick.
