Declan is a Systems Engineering Partner in in EY’s Digital and Emerging Technology competency.
Declan manages a portfolio of strategic clients and projects delivering a variety of technology services through multi-disciplined development teams. Declan has extensive experience of delivering large scale technology programmes to organisations across the public and private sectors. Declan is committed to delivering service excellence through day-to-day project delivery and innovation that provides clients with operational benefits.
Prior to joining EY, Declan led the Digital Transformation Services practice in one of Ireland’s largest Systems Integrators.
Declan holds a B.Sc. in Technology Management from TU Dublin.
