Dave leads our Transaction Tax practice with over 20 years’ experience in supporting clients with tax due diligence and structuring.
Dave has extensive experience in advising clients on how to manage tax risk in the context of M&A transactions from both a buy side and sell side perspective. Dave also has substantial experience in assisting clients in the structuring of M&A transactions.
Dave graduated from University College Galway with a BSc in Mathematics and has been admitted to membership of both the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Irish Taxation Institute.
