Dan is a Director with EY Capital and Debt Advisory where he advises both real estate and corporate clients to achieve the most appropriate capital structures for their business.
Prior to joining EY, Dan worked in real estate private credit where he was a senior team member in one of Ireland’s leading non-bank lenders.
Dan has significant experience in real estate development finance and has structured, underwritten and executed numerous large-scale transactions.
Dan is a qualified Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a BSc Finance from University College Cork.
