With over 20 years of corporate and project finance experience, Conor is an Partner in EY’s Government and Infrastructure team in Dublin. He offers commercial, financial and economic advisory services to government and corporate clients in the infrastructure market.
Conor has a range of experience such as devising project-specific solutions to complex issues that meet public sector client, private sector market, policy and accounting requirements. He also has experience in financial modelling, capital structuring and marketing projects to investors.
Prior to joining EY, Conor was Sector Head in an integrated finance, procurement and project delivery model where, for 11 years, he developed, promoted and delivered Irish infrastructure projects on behalf of the State.
Conor is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Actuarial and Financial Studies degree from University College Dublin.
