Areas of focus

Colin is a Partner in the Global Trade team, working across the EMEIA region and servicing multinational clients with a particular focus on the Health Sciences & Wellness and Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility sectors.

Colin has been working in EY for 15 years and has prior experience working in other Big 4 firms with a focus on international trade & customs advisory services, assisting clients with building their trade operating functions, optimizing their international trade & customs operations and providing SME input for tariff classification, valuation, origin and special trade program planning.

Colin holds an M.A. in European Economic and Public Affairs from U.C.D.

Colin has assisted numerous client  structure significant company-wide projects to create a functional trade operation which is underpinned by C-suite ownership, a trade supervisory committee of relevant stakeholders and an organizational matrix for customs and trade activities bringing in a defined RACI requiring buy-in from all parties included in the matrix. This has enabled clients to create standards, processes and procedures to allow implementation of robust cost-savings and compliance activities across their organizations based on their particular imperative – be it geographical, business unit or issue specific.”
