Experienced cross-sector, cross-jurisdiction restructuring professional with formal and informal experience.

Alan is a Partner in our Strategy and Transactions team primarily focused on the area of Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy. Prior to joining EY he trained in another large accountancy firm and spent time with an Investment Bank in Sydney.

He is responsible for advising distressed corporate clients in on their cashflow generation and forbearance discussions with lenders and lenders themselves on their options in relation to non-performing loans.

Alan has a BComm (hons) degree in Commerce from University College Dublin, holds a Masters in International Business from the Michael Smurfit School of Business and is a qualified chartered accountant. He also has completed a diploma in Corporate Finance with CAI.
