EY Selects Wilton Park in Dublin 2 As Location For New Ireland Headquarters

Dublin, 15 July 2024: EY Ireland announces that it has selected Wilton Park, developed by IPUT Real Estate, as the location for its new Dublin headquarters, as it expands and consolidates its city centre footprint into one location to enable the next stage of its market leading growth. EY has agreed a long-term lease at the Wilton Park estate located alongside the Grand Canal in Dublin 2 and expects to commence occupancy from summer 2026.

EY will significantly increase its existing footprint in the city centre as it brings all of its Dublin team together in a landmark new city centre location with new state of the art facilities designed to enhance collaboration, innovation and client service while also helping to deliver on EY’s ambitious technology and sustainability goals.

EY Ireland employs more than 5,100 people on the island of Ireland, with offices in Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford supporting organisations across a broad and diverse range of professional services from Assurance to Corporate Finance, Tax and Law, Consulting, AI and Data Analytics.

Commenting on the announcement, EY Ireland Managing Partner Frank O’Keeffe said:
