Brock is a Partner and President of Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. With 25 years of experience, he leads EY’s national M&A and Capital Markets practice.
Brock specializes in all facets of corporate finance, including advising companies on M&A transactions, financings and strategic advisory assignments. He has advised on more than 100 domestic, cross-border and distressed M&A and financing transactions involving private and public companies, private equity firms and government organizations. In addition, he as advised numerous boards of directors and senior management teams of public, private and government organizations on the assessment of their strategic options.
Brock is both a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manitoba. He is a registered Series 7, 24 and 63 representative with FINRA.
