János joined EY from a prestigious software vendor in Central Eastern Europe, where his responsibilities as a Board member included the improvement of products and business processes.
He started his professional career in 1998 at ABN Amro Bank. In 2004, he joined K&H Bank where he was head of the credit risk department, then from 2011 until his departure in 2016, led the financial modelling department. During his 12 year with K&H, János spearheaded the bank’s Basel 2 transformation, the implementation of its credit funding system as well as the standardisation of its modelling operations.
