Sam is a Partner in the EY Transactions Law team. He specialises in international M&A, joint ventures, fundraising transactions, and equity incentivisation work.
He advises a wide range of companies and investors across multiple sectors. He also works as a part of the EY Fast Growth Platform’s multidisciplinary team, advising organisations that are rapidly scaling as they go on their journey from start-up — through domestic and international growth — and onto an exit. He has significant experience collaborating with founders and management teams to guide them through key strategic decisions, business challenges, and day-to-day activities as they scale.
Prior to joining the EY organisation, Sam was at a Magic Circle law firm, working in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
He earned his LLB from the University of Manchester and undertook the LPC at BPP Law School.
