People have been to the bottom of the sea and space is now populated with satellites and it just offers an opportunity to pioneer and explore people, places, and obviously, business ideas”. says James Parfitt, Founder and CEO of New Zealand Wildcatch.

“I think it was an inevitability. I think I have no choice but to be an entrepreneur. I think it’s just something that’s just inbuilt in me.” says Matthew Bennett, CEO and Founder of Nibblish

“The whole entire business started and exists to do good. And really our main mission at Natural Paint Co. is that every Kiwi knows that we exist; every Kiwi knows that they have another alternative that they can turn to for any renovation or build project; and then really, as we scale up and become more international, we’re really hoping to take these products to the world” Grace Glass, CEO and Co-founder of Natural Paint Co. tells Darren on the podcast.

As business leaders, running a successful company requires creating long-term value across people, profit, planet, purpose.

“Every decision we make is taken with a long-term approach. So, we invest in long term scientific studies which I guess support the sustainability of our fishery. We, when we look at it from an employment point of view, we look to employ long term employees to develop them and to lead them into opportunities in different areas of the business and management” James Parfitt, Founder and CEO of New Zealand Wildcatch shares on the podcast.
